These terms govern your use of Trestle, a product line of Fortis USA LLC (“Trestle,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or courses, you agree to these terms.

Using Trestle

Trestle provides educational content on quantitative UX research. You agree to use the platform for lawful, personal, educational purposes and not to share, resell, or redistribute paid course content without our permission.

Enrollment and payment

Some content is free; other courses require payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Access to paid content is granted to you for your own use. Any refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Educational content

Trestle’s materials are provided for educational purposes. We work hard to keep our content accurate and rigorous, but we make no guarantee of specific outcomes, employment, or results from taking a course.

Intellectual property

All Trestle course content, branding, and materials are owned by Fortis USA LLC and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Trestle after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
